All TUBE STUDS
Based on the examples below you are looking at different channel iron shapes that are very commonly used in the construction of many different cargo trailer construction manufacturers.
The strongest is going to be the All Tube, as it is a complete solid square shape. Others can bend and crush easily as they are much weaker. These are side wall framing examples.
VERY large, solid strong beams !
Notice the bottom (floor) ridge and the thick solid welds at joints and large ‘all tube’ cross members.
Flooring & Insulation
Thermocool™ insulated FlooringWe use a two-part coating system that resists mold growth and protects against rot, fungi and wood ingesting insects, including termites.
There is Thermocool™ insulation installed between the roof and roof bows and then covered with rolled Galvalume™ to avoid leakage.
Having a cooler roof and well insulated walls is a necessity for both winter and summer months.
Thermocool™ insulation is also used to insulate the interior of the walls as well.
